Top Shelf Hobbies adopts new name, ownership in downtown Owasso

Top Shelf Hobbies LLC is drawing fresh foot traffic in downtown Owasso. The Redbud District storefront, formerly Top Shelf Models, recently came under new ownership and was rebranded with a new name.
